Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to drive vehicle sales and achieve assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement, effective relationship management, and adherence to company sales processes while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Generation & Target Achievement
- Proactively engage customers through client visits, walk-ins, and product presentations to drive vehicle sales.
- Prepare and issue quotations and follow up through calls, emails, and visits to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets to expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and proactive client engagement.
- Identify government and project-based opportunities to secure fleet and institutional sales.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet customers, and repeat buyers.
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups to maintain customer engagement and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs, purchasing capacity, and buying cycles to prioritize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and feedback promptly in line with company and Toyota service standards.
- Support customers throughout the ownership lifecycle including servicing, spare parts, and accessories.
- Provide professional product demonstrations explaining vehicle specifications, features, and benefits.
- Organize and coordinate vehicle test drives to facilitate informed customer decision-making.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions for customers on vehicle features and technologies such as 4x4 capabilities.
Sales Documentation & Process Compliance
- Prepare and manage all sales documentation from inquiry stage to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate order processing, vehicle clearance, registration, and delivery in compliance with Toyota operational standards.
- Ensure all commitments and contractual agreements with customers are fulfilled.
- Negotiate pricing with clients while obtaining necessary approvals in line with company policies.
- Identify tax-exempt customers and facilitate the required documentation for approval processing.
Collections & Financial Follow-Up
- Ensure that vehicle deliveries are processed only after confirmation of required payments
- Maintain accurate records of payment follow-ups, commitments, and collection updates in the sales
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections and proper debtor management.
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize exhibitions, vehicle displays, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with Salute Insurance (SIBL) to facilitate vehicle insurance sales to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting and ordering suitable vehicle accessories.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales performance and activity reports including quarterly reports.

Qualification Required:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field
